Betsy is founder of Bright Life Center and an Associate with iBloom providing Speaking services, Events and Life Coaching for women. (www.ibloom.us)  Her passion is helping people move forward, live in their strengths and navigate life’s transitions.  Betsy serves groups and individuals in the following ways:

    • Breakthrough Facilitations - You will leave this two-day process with a book of your life, a purpose statement and an action plan for ten core areas of your life.
    • Life Coach Training - Become certified as a Life Coach and Breakthrough Facilitator and begin your journey in the art of guiding others toward greater purpose, competence and fulfillment.
  3. Consultant - Leadership Development and Church systems (Equipping, Guest Services, Member Connection and Women’s Ministries)

Background:

Betsy has been speaking to groups for over 20 years.  Her enthusiasm is contagious and her insight helps her listeners take important next steps.  She has worked on teams to train over 40 coaches. Prior to founding the Bright Life Center, she served on staff at two churches for a total of 12 years developing various systems.  She was the Training and Organizational Development Manager at a large health care facility in San Diego where she trained supervisors and managers. She has a masters in Business and Educational Administration from San Diego State University.
